30 September 2016 Our colleague took part in the conference presenting French environmental stadard HQE
Our colleague took part in the conference presenting French environmental design standard HQE and innovative energy efficiency technologies. The conference was organized by French companies PHOSPHORIS, CERWAY, the Green Building Concil and supported by the Embassy of France in Russia. It took place in the Embassy of France in Russia as part of the World Green Building Week 2016.
29 August 2016 A photograph by our colleague was recognized as the best at the Planet Moscow photo competition
A photograph by our colleague Vitaliya Shramko was recognized as the best at the Planet Moscow photo competition as a result of voting at the Active Citizen portal. The picture called 'Cosy Museon paths in autumn' was considered the best in the category 'Moscow walks - pedestrian areas'.
15 July 2016 Moscow Mayor visited ZILART construction site
On July, 14 the Moscow mayor Sergey Sobyanin visited the construction site of the residential complex ZILART and inspected the progress of works on complex rearrangement of ZIL industrial area. Sergey Sobyanin noted that this is a major complex industrial land development project not only in Moscow, but in the world.
17 February 2016 Metropolis is in Top-100 Russian Employers again
As a result of the annual Rating of Russian employers 2015 organized by HeadHunter, Metropolis is among the top-100 companies again. This year our company has been ranked 81st.
We are pleased to note that it is for the third year running that Metropolis is in the Top-100, but the result of this year is the best for us!
We congratulate our team and thank for participation in the Rating.

Positive expertise appraisal has been obtained for the apartments complex forming the second construction phase of the Mixed-use development with sports facilities located at Volokolamskoye shosse, 67.
30 December 2015 Metropolis joined the 'Charity instead of souvenirs' initiative again
This year Metropolis has for the second time joined the 'Charity instead of souvenirs' initiative. The New Year gifts budget has been transferred to the 'Gift of Life' fund to help the sick children patronized by the Fund.
We thank our Partners who have shared the joy of this charitable act with us and believe this initiative will become a good tradition.

We are pleased to announce that this year three projects involving Metropolis team were recognized as the best by the Council of Architecture of Moscow. Residential complex Zilart at 23, Avtozavodskaya Str., plot 5; Business centre at Volokolamskoye shosse, 67 and Mixed-use complex Alcon III at 34, Leningradsky prospect.

We are pleased to announce that this year two projects involving Metropolis team became the winners of Urban Awards. Residential complex Park Rublevo was recognized as the best environmental friendly residential complex within the city boundaries. TekhoPark apartments complex was recognized as the best comfort class apartments complex.

06 November 2015 Metropolis projects among the finalists of Urban Awards 2015
Several projects, in which Metropolis was involved, became the finalists of Urban Awards 2015 - Residential complex ZILART, Residential complex Barkli Residence, Club houses Balchug Residence, Mixed-use complex Savelovsky City, TekhoPark apartments complex, Residential complex Park Rublevo, residential block No 30.
The winners will be announced at the Urban Awards ceremony, which will be held on November, 25.

24 September 2015 Microcity V LESU wins European Property Awards 2015
Microcity "V lesu" was recognized as the best residential complex in the category "Residential development in Russia" and gained the "Highly commended" grade as one of the best projects in Europe. The jury noted convenient location of the complex, its distinctive architectural and space planning solutions, various infrastructure facilities, sustainability and safety.
10 September 2015 Residential complex Microcity V LESU wins National Prix d'Excellence Awards 2015
As part of the IX International Investment forum Proestate held on September, 8, the winners of the National Prix d'Excellence Awards 2015 were announced. Residential complex Microcity V LESU was recognized as the best in the category 'Residential complexes. High-rise development', where residential buildings and complexes over 6 storeys high were represented. Microcity V LESU competed with 12 major development projects from Moscow, St.Petersburg and Ekaterinburg.
