The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat announed the winners and finalists of the Best Tall Building Awards as part of the 2015 CTBUH Annual Awards, and Evolution Tower in MIBC "Moscow City" was among the finalists. This year the winners were selected from a pool of 123 entries in 33 countries in four regional categories. The experts estimated the buildings not so much for achitectural achievements, as for compliance with environmental standards and comfort.
