European Property Awards 2013 ceremony took place in London on September 24th, 2013.

European Property Awards are a part of the International Property Awards competition and are open to residential and commercial property professionals from Europe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.

This year 2 project in realization of which Metropolis company is involved were awarded the highest price of the competition, VTB Arena park and Barkli Residence.

VTB Arena park was awarded the highest price in two categories "Best Mixed-use Development" and "Public Services Development".

Barkli Residence won in the categories "Best Development Multiple Units" and "Residential High-rise Development".
