Belorussia Republic State Expertise has issued positive appraisal for "Mixed-use complex with Kempinski Hotel" project located in Minsk, between Nezavisimosti blv. - Y. Kupaly St. - Svisloch river. The project included development of the engineering and transport infrastructure design, cable networks and external power supply objects, maintaining its functionality.
