Positive appraisal by Moscow region state expertise is received for the project "Microcity "V lesu" 2nd stage of construction located at the following address: Moscow region, Krasnogorsk district, Otradnenskoe rural settlement, Mar'ino village".

In accordance with the Design Brief 2nd stage of construction includes five multi-block residential buildings ¹ 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 with variable number of floors from 6 to 12 with commercial premises on the ground floor and 1 underground level. 

Buildings 11 and 14, as well as 13 and 15 are united by the underground car parking.
