European Property Awards 2015 ceremony took place in London on September 22nd. The Residential complex Microcity "V lesu" was recognized as the best residential complex in the category "Residential development in Russia" and gained the "Highly commended" grade as one of the best projects in Europe. The jury noted convenient location of the complex, its distinctive architectural and space planning solutions, various infrastructure facilities, sustainability and safety.

This year about 400 projects took part in the competition. European Property Awards became the first international prize of Microcity "V lesu".
