On May, 24, positive experts conclusion was obtained for the Hotel complex located at 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, Moscow.

The project provides for construction of a mixed-use hotel complex. It will consist of hotel and apartments blocks, a fitness-centre with a swimming pool, a SPA area, banquet and conference halls, and an underground car parking area. The architectural solutions were developed by SPeeCH.
