On May, 23, 2018 Moscow State experts gave new approval to the Project documentation of the Mixed-use residential complex located at plot 34, Avtozavodskaya Str., 23.

Earlier Metropolis specialists developed the Project documentation for MEP solutions and special design chapters for lots 9 and 10, along with structural solutions for lot 10. Due to the engineering geodetic surveys undertaken at the site, the Project documentation required serious corrections in architectural, structural, technological and engineering design chapters. The Project documentation was corrected within a short time period and approved by the Moscow State expert bodies.

The residential complex is part of Zilart development, which is being constructed at former ZIL industrial area as part of the redevelopment project. It consists of two multi-storey residential buildings (lots 9 and 10) with a common underground car parking area. The complex is a unique building due to its height of 150 m.
