The Urban Awards 2014 ceremony took place in Moscow on November, 25th, 2014. Urban Awards is an annual competition in the field of urban residential property. This year several projects in which Metropolis was involved became the winners of Urban Awards. 

Microcity "V lesu" became winner in the category "The Residential complex of the year (comfort-class)".

The Residential complex "Park Rublevo" became the winner in two categories:"Residential complex of best architecture" and "The best residential complex under construction (business class) (Moscow Region)".
