This year 3 projects involving Metropolis were awarded at the European Property Awards competition. The awards ceremony took place in London on 27 October. 

Residential complex Zilart gained the 'Highly commended' grade as the best High-Rise Architecture and best Residential/Renovation Redevelopment.

Residential complex Park Rublevo was recognized as the best Residential Development Russia.
