Park Rublevo Residential development located in Moscow Region, Krasnogorskiy district, is a new residential complex, which includes twelve blocks of 4 to 8-storey single-section residential buildings. The complex is located in one of the most picturesque places in the vicinity of Moscow, near the river. Each residential block consists of one, two or three buildings combined by a common underground area accommodating a car park. In 2013 the residential complex "Park Rublevo" received the EcoVillage environmental certificate, became the winner of the award "Records of the Market of Real Estate 2013" in the nomination "New building of Moscow area No. 1" and it was noted in the category "The Best MIPIM 2013 Projects".
