Apartment complex Tekhnopark is being constructed in the western part of the Nagatinskaya floodplain, next to ZIL reconstructed industrial area.

The complex is a linear composition of five stand alone rectangular buildings, each having an individual entrance from the yard. 15-storey in-situ towers have ventilated facades faced with distinctive bright panels.

The first storeys of the complex are occupied by cafes, shops, bank departments, a chemists shop, a beauty salon and a fitness centre. The underground floors locate plant rooms and a car park of complex form connected with the buildings by means of an underground pedestrian gallery.

The yard comprises children playgrounds, a walking area, open air sport grounds provided with a thermal and water insulation layer allowing for the loads from fire vehicles, amenities and the effects of natural processes.
