The design developed by the Spanish architectural bureau Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura provides for distinct space zoning to public and private areas. Our team undertook adjustment of the architectural solutions and the Master plan in compliance with the Russian legislation and design norms and developed all the necessary chapters of the Project documentation.
