New mixed-use complex Alcon III will be constructed in the North Administrative district of Moscow, at Leningradsky prospect. The project provides for construction of a 36-storey hotel and an 8-storey office building united by a 4-storey block.

The low-rise part of the complex will comprise entrance areas, offices of bank departments, a restaurant and a lobby bar, a sports and health centre with a sauna and a gym, a beauty salon, administrative and auxiliary areas.

The underground part of the complex will locate a three-level car parking area, plantrooms and staff auxiliary rooms.

In 2015 Alcon III was recognized as the best public facility by the Council of Architecture of Moscow.
