Description Scope of work A multi-storey residential building ZIL Gateway Tower will be one of the key elements of ZILART residential district, which is being constructed at ZIL Peninsula as part of rearrangement of the former industrial area. Among the medium height of all residential districts of the reorganized territory, ZIL Gateway Tower will be the highest residential building in the whole redevelopment project. It is anticipated that ZIL Gateway Tower will reach 150 m in height and will have the area over 57,000 m2. Lower levels of the building are designed to locate offices, shops, social facilities. A modern car parking area will be organized at the underground floors.
