Mixed-use complex Vodny that has multiply become the winner of prestigeous urban real estate competitions has once again been noted among the best. In august 2015 the results of the annual competition Best completed construction project organized by the Department of urban development of Moscow were summarized. The competition shortlist included 32 projects in 11 categories. Vodny was acknowledged as the best completed construction project among mixed-use shopping malls for 2014.

The Moscow mayor Sergey Sobyanin presented the prizes to the competition winners at the official awards ceremony that took place in Luzhniki. The winners were determined both by the Urban competition committee and via an open voting among moscovites.
