As part of the Olympic facilities construction program and Sochi development as an alpine climatic resort, a large-scale construction project of a 3* and 4* hotel complex was carried out. The complex became part of the large Olympic Park development in Imeretin valley. Occupying the total area of 35 ha on two land plots, the complex was the biggest in Europe at the time of completion. It was designed for 3,600 rooms and has the total area of about 175,000 m².

During Olympic and Paralympic games the hotel complex served for accommodation of guests, and after the Olympics became a year-round resort centre. Its infrastructure offers to the guests a great variety of facilities for proper rest. The complex is provided with outdoor swimming pools, walking alleys and rest areas, children playgrounds and a shopping and entertainment area.
