A hotel complex at Sushchevsky Val in Moscow consists of two
buildings 11 and 15 storeys high located on a shared podium.
Blocks A and B form an inner court – a public recreational
space connected directly with Sushchevsky Val by a ramp and a
staircase.

The main lobby, hotel rooms, a restaurant, conference rooms,
a fitness centre with a swimming pool are located in block A
of the hotel complex. Block B is intended for auxiliary premises
and includes administrative, cultural and leisure premises.
The underground area locates car parking spaces for the staff
and visitors of the complex, as well as rooms for location of
equipment.

A high level of comfort is provided by a well developed
infrastructure and high quality engineering utilities.
