Multifunctional sports and entertainment complex designed within the frames of the general restoration project of the Big sports arena and other facilities on the territory of the legendary Russian stadium which has a history of great victories. The design is based on the international NBA, IIHF, ITF and concerts standards.
The mixed-use city complex combines modern hotel, residential, office and retail areas, creating conditions for comfortable life, development and leisure and ensures high investment attractiveness of the project.
