The project includes reconstruction of the 5-storied early 20th century building leaving untouched main facades, adding 2 more floors, increasing number of floors to 7, and arrangement of a parking for 59 parking lots.

Utilities lines are arranged between ground and underground floors.

Various premises without particular process intend with separate entrances, property management service and residential block entrances are located on the ground floor.

1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are located on the other floors.

Energy resources (power, water supply, heating, and sewerage) are provided by the city.
