A multi-flat residential complex located at plot 17 of the ZIL area is part of the first phase construction and rearrangement of the ZIL territory. It comprises 14 sections of various floor numbers (5, 10 and 14) and includes both studios, 2-, 3-, 4-bedroom flats and penthouses. The ground floors of the complex will be occupied by a kindergarten, shops, offices, bank departments and other social facilities.

Residential sections of the complex form an inner court space, with walking areas, children playgrounds and sport grounds. Some of the car parking spaces are taken beyond the perimeter of the complex and some are located in the underground car parking areas.
