Park City is a construction project of more than 380 thousand sq.m of residential and office real estate on the territory of "Sacco and Vanzetti" pencil factory and Badaevsky brewery in the center of Moscow, at the following address: 14-15, Taras Shevchenko Embankment, Moscow.
During the project development specialists of the Metropolis Company developed the Project and the Tender documentation stages for all engineering utilities and structural design of the elevated part of 12 floor residential building (Ê25) with the attached kindergarten. Besides, the amount of works of the Metropolis included consultancy services on internal engineering systems of the A class mixed-use office business center including high level apartments, A class retail and office buildings (Ê25, F zone, elevated part)
