A mixed-use complex with sports facilities will appear at Volokolamskoye shosse, next to Spartak stadium. Its construction involves two phases. A business centre located at the front line along Volokolamskoye shosse will be constructed as part of the first construction phase. The second phase includes an apartment complex comprising four stand-alone buildings up to 72 m high with a common underground area. The ground floors of the buildings will be occupied by entrance areas, offices and public spaces. The underground areas will locate a car park and plant rooms.

Metropolis team developed concept and project documentation for the office building of the total area 28,140 m² forming part of the business centre, and for the apartment complex of the total area 103,875 m². 

In 2015 the Business centre at Volokolamskoye shosse was awarded by the Council of Architecture of Moscow as the best office development.
