Mixed-use complex Moreon located in the South-West district of Moscow was constructed with consideration of cutting-edge technologies and the use of modern equipment. First of all, it is a large water park with a wave pool, jakuzzi and exciting waterslides, some of which are located outdoors. The complex also comprises a fitness centre, thermae, SPA, bowling, restaurants and an entertainment park for children.

The development is a complex composition of existing, reconstructed and new buildings divided into blocks À, B, C, D, a church with a chapel and a boiler house. From level 0,00 and upwards all the buildings are connected by 2-3 storey links that provide convenient process coverage of different functional groups of the complex.

The scope of our services included development of Project documentation for the whole complex, and the working documentation for blocks C and D.
