A sports and recreation centre with a water park will appear near Borisovskiye Prudy Street within the area of Tsaritsino natural complex. The main architectural concept of the project is an organic integration of new buildings into the natural environment.
The complex will comprise a water park, swimming pools, fitness and health centres, a children entertainment and sports area, a bath and sauna complex and an exhibition centre with aquariums. All necessary facilities that ensure high quality service for visitors are provided across 55,000 m2 of the water park area and include cafes, shops and a car parking area.
A terraced park shall appear at the accessible roof, with lawns, flower beds, observation sites and greenswards, where children and adults may take sports.
