Skolkovo Innovation Centre hosts at the territory of about 500 hectare all the necessary facilities and amenities of a scientific research centre dedicated to education, research and creation of companies. Metropolis team developed the design documentation for two buildings in D2 district - Transmashholding centre of the total area 43,000 m² and IT Cluster building of the total area of 83,000 m².

Both buildings rise from a common podium provided with a two-level underground car parking and the whole complex blends effectively into the natural landscape. Both projects comply with LEED Silver certification requirements.
