Description Scope of work The project scope included planning solutions and linear engineering systems design for carrying out fit-out works from 2nd to 20th floor, including cabinets, open spaces, sanitary facilities, kitchenettes, meeting rooms, auxiliary facilities, server and IT rooms, and VIP zone. Presentation materials are provided by the ABD Architects company (www.abdcom.ru). General ventilation system from existing vent stacks; Steam humidification systems in the VIP zones; Air-conditioning system (fan coils, management system); Automatic water fire suppression system (excluding changes in the vertical distribution piping); Special fire-fighting and air-conditioning system in switch rooms, server rooms and Visual modeling center room; Archives special fire-fighting system; Internal fire-fighting main, excluding changes in the vertical distribution piping; Smoke ventilation system from existing vent stacks; Hot and cold water supply from the existing stacks; Domestic sewerage and condensate collection system from existing stacks; Domestic sewerage system from the VIP floor canteen, including vertical stack; Leak detection system for server rooms and IT switch rooms (if required); Fire alarm and alert systems; Air filtering system; Isolated BMS system (power supply, microclimate management, lighting, VESDA fire safety system, leak detection system) in the Client's premises.
