New mixed-use office building located at the territory of the Second watch factory "Slava" in "Beregovoy" district at the address: Leningradsky prospect, bld.8, consists of five multiple-elevations blocks, creating stylistically uniform architectural composition.

Main entrance square faces the hotel building (block 1), which dominates and logically concludes the complex, underlining universal town planning and compositional solution. At the plan view the complex is divided into two basic parts. The first part: three apartment blocks and a 5* hotel. The second part is a detached 4* hotel building. Various social premises on the territory of the complex are designed to create comfortable conditions for visitors and employees, e.g. gums, swimming pool, congress center for 1.290 people and underground parking.
